issues in the operation of an online business (P4 Task A)

Staffing- they need to make sure that someone is always around to answer the phone or to contact people that are having problems so that customers can use call centres without having to wait around for someone to answer it and contact you back. if the service breaks down they need someone there to help fix it in time so no one gets any problems and can still operate online.

Relationship With Partners- make sure that the distribution and delivery service is upto date and that every thing has been posted out at the right time and everything is delivered on time to the customers and that its not damaged and has no problems with it. Make sure the customer is happy with the service and with there product.

Updates- make sure that the site is upto date and that everything is in order and is in the right order so its easy for the customers to use with no problems.

Distribution Of Goods- if a customer has asked for a special requirement make sure that they get it delivered with there other products, and make sure nothing get broken that has fragile stickers on it otherwise there will be returns from customers and it doesnt look good on the business.

Service Distrubtion- its needs to be simple and easy to use and to book like if your booking a hotel room all the information needs to be kept confidentail and safe and the hotel need to give the customer all the details need for them to have a room booked and which room it is and if they have deals on what deals they can get like bed and breakfast! if your getting an insurance quote online you need to put in all the correct details and some personal information but make sure that the online operation that you are using is secure and that no one can get your personal details.
